What happens if I entered the wrong email address, name, or shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your contact details. Please note that address changes are no longer possible once the order has been shipped.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Pay Later, and Klarna Instant Transfer. You can also pay via bank transfer.
How secure is my online order?
When you shop online with your credit card, all your data is entered on a secure SSL-encrypted website. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you wish to make changes or cancel your order.
Note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you your tracking number via email the next day. Tracking is usually available within 72 hours of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are handled within 1–2 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Please contact us if you have not received any tracking information to your email address within 5 business days of placing your order.
